SCHOOL BOARD OF PALM BEACH COUNTY – MEP/FP CONTINUING CONTRACT, PALM BEACH, FL

Continuous Engineering Services are provided for extended terms of one to three years, covering a full spectrum of essential disciplines including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. This commitment ensures clients, including institutions such as Palm Beach County schools, receive consistent, high-quality support throughout the lifecycle of their projects, including design, implementation, and maintenance phases. Our services are tailored to meet long-term objectives, offering robust solutions for diverse environments and complex building systems, fostering efficiency, safety, and reliability over time.

FREDERICK DOUGLAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – MEP/FP ENGINEERING DESIGN, MIAMI, FL

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection services for the demolition and replacement of four single-story buildings with a new 2-story building. New school to house music and art center, media center, administration, student services, cafeteria/multipurpose room kitchen, and related ancillary and support spaces, physical education shelter, hard courts and playground, and parking lot.

FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY – INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT, BOCA RATON, FL

Florida Atlantic University, Infrastructure Project consisted of the design of a new two-lane median divided roadway widening and extension. It also included additional surface parking. The parking areas and roadways included lighting & drainage design, and planning for the enhancement of campus infrastructure within the surrounding areas.
