PALM BEACH COUNTY – MEP/FP CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT, PALM BEACH COUNTY

Under this continuing services contract, Gartek provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering across multiple simultaneously assigned task orders. Our services included building inspections, analysis of existing MEP systems, and recommendations for repairs or upgrades. We prepared construction documents, cost estimates, and offered support during construction through inspections, administration, and site observations. Additionally, we developed reports and provided planning, budgetary, and design recommendations.

MIAMI DADE COUNTY AVIATION DEPARTMENT – MEP/FP CONTINUING SERVICE CONTRACT, MIAMI, FL

Gartek brings extensive experience in providing mechanical and electrical engineering services under miscellaneous services agreements, both as a prime and subconsultant. We have played a key role in numerous continuing services contracts with the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department, often addressing complex challenges involving occupied facilities during design and construction. Our work typically includes system analysis, troubleshooting, code compliance, stakeholder coordination, and project management.

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT – MEP/FP CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT, FLORIDA

Gartek provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering services across a variety of projects, including work at the Florida Fish & Wildlife facility, the FDLE Chiller Replacement project, and the Rhode Building, among other projects. Our scope focused on system design, installation, upgrades, and modernization, delivered with attention to performance, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
