Project Description:

Airside 1 & 3 Renovations (BP-273): Upgrades to existing and outdated Airsides 1 and 3 to create modern Airsides 4 (90’s), and 2 (2000).  Upgrades included replacement of Air Handler Unit’s, new Fire Protection System, renovated and expanded restrooms, new ceilings and lighting, new skylights, and new finishes throughout. Our firm’s responsibility included design of new Fire Protection Systems and all related Plumbing design. Construction Costs: $18M.
