Project Description:
Service provided for the design of a new Class 1 aircraft hangar and related facilities which included storage areas, offices, and pilot’s area to prepare for their flights. The facility incorporated a research laboratory, HVAC, hangar ventilation, foam deluge fire protection systems, fuel storage, emergency power and aircraft parts paint booth.The project’s construction was phased to accommodate the various system included in the facility. This structure was subsequently damaged by Hurricane Ivan in 2005.
