Hangars for ‘H’ Aviation and Spitfire Aviation included a portion of the “H” Aviation was approximately 30,000 S.F. of Group I Construction Class hangars and contiguous single story office space of approximately 7,100 S.F. Spitfire Aviation’s portion included: New hangars feature 17,000 S.F. and 19,500 S.F. of Group III Construction Class separated by contiguous two-story office space of approximately 13,000 S.F. Our firm’s responsibility included design of Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, Power, Lighting, and electronic systems. Fire Protection design of “H” incorporated a two-zone foam deluge system in hangar area and 250,000-gallon water storage tank.
