Gartek Engineering, Corp. was part of the Design Build team for this 20 acre property which included an administration building, utility building, 250,000 gallon above ground fire water tanks and over 207,000 SF of barrel warehouse space to store and age Captain Morgan Rum. Other design considerations included a high hazard fire protection systems and US Green Building County LEED Certificate status.
