A 560 acre private island that was to be developed for multiple purposes which include a Mandarin Oriental Hotel, private residences, beach house residences, beach villas, ocean villas, a 30,000 SF spa facility with 15 individual rooms and 2 VIP suites as well as restaurants and retail spaces. Our services included a peer review of the Mechanical, Plumbing, Generation & Transmissional and Fire Protection design documents as well as Value Engineering and Quality Control.
