Project Description:
Miami City Hall was originally built in 1933 as a seaplane terminal for Pan American Airways and became internationally known as the “Gateway to the Americas.” The City of Miami currently occupies the building with their administrative and support staff. The renovation included the terminal portion of the facility which is currently used as a state-of-the-art commission chamber. Services included upgrades to mechanical and Generation & Transmissional systems.
