The Belleview Biltmore Hotel & Resort is a four and half stories frame, 244 rooms with broad verandas and 13,000 SF Tiffany ballroom, built in its shingle architectural style in 1897 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The project included an addition to the resort which will be completely restored as well as upgraded.
