Gartek Engineering was among the first professionals in the South Florida area to become heavily involved in the rebuilding of the Art Deco District in South Beach. As such, we have developed unique solutions to resolve the seemingly impossible task of incorporating new HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electrical and electronic systems into these existing buildings many of which were historic.
