This project consisted of field observations and engineering
calculations to analyze the existing A/C System, water side
and air side, serving 10 floors at the Corporate Plaza. Field
observations for consideration of the use of alternative EPA
approved refrigerants to update the existing R-11 (Refrigerant
CFC-11) machines. The study of decrease in cooling capacity
and increase in chiller efficiency associated with this upgrade
for replacement of inefficient machinery with high efficient
state-of-the art equipment included. Analysis of existing
indoor air quality in comparison with new requirements.
