- Florida Memorial College Theater for the Performing Arts – Complete rebuild and expansion of existing facility (auditorium seating is all that was kept of existing facility). - Gusman Center for the Performing Arts, Miami, Florida - Complete restoration of this 1926 Historical Landmark Theater. Complete HVAC renovation including new central chilled water plant, replacement of all AHU’s, replacement of existing electrical switchgear, increase electrical capacity for road shows, new sound system.MEP sub-consultants to R.J. - City Hall of Miami, Commissioner’s Chamber. Miami City Hall was originally built in 1913 as the seaplane terminal for Pan American Airways. Through the years various functions have utilized the building. Eventually the City of Miami purchased the structure and has used it for their administrative offices. MEP upgrades. - Halissee Hall, Miami, Florida. The former Sewall residence was built in 1912 and it has through the years experienced many transformations. Today is the focal point of medical conferences, seminars and public information events sponsored by the University of Miami School of Medicine. Complete restoration, relocation and renovations. - Belleview Biltmore Hotel & Resort, Clearwater, Florida. The Belleview Biltmore Hotel & Resort is a four and half stories frame, 244 rooms with broad verandas and 13,000 SF Tiffany ballroom, built in its shingle architectural style in 1897. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 will be completely restored, upgraded and new constructions will be added. MEP sub-consultants to R.J. Heisenbottle Architects, PA.
