• Imperial Point Medical Center, North Broward Hospital District.  Mechanical and Electrical  study/design for conversion of existing constant volume re-heat package units (300 tons) to new four pipe fan coil units. Extended chilled water piping and hot water piping to these new units, modified return and supply air ductworks and air devices. Conversed air handler units to VAV units by designing variable frequency drives for the existing air handlers fan motors.
• Miccossukee Indian Tribe, Florida. Mechanical and electrical inspection services during construction of Halfway House, Resort, Courthouse, Clinic, and Convention Center. $55m
• Metromover. Brickell Extension Project.  Construction Engineering Inspection services for a one mile section of elevated twin steel girder supported guideway, including a high level structure over the Miami River in Downtown Miami and four (4) transit stations. $36M
• Tortola Central Administration Complex, Tortola, BVI. Feasibility study for construction of a 35,000SF floor atop an existing building.
• Pine Crest School, Ft Lauderdale Campus. Campus central plant feasibility study.
• Disaster Warehouse, Grand Cayman, BWI. Feasibility study for the construction of a hurricane survivable central data storage facility.
• Coral Reef Yacht Club, Coconut Grove, Florida. Insulation resistance testing and electrical upgrade of 100 slip marina.
• Miami International Airport Building 2122 (Customs Building). Life Safety Study.
• Mariner’s Hospital, Tavernier, Florida Keys. Equipotential resistance testing.
• Amadeus/System One. Miami, Florida. Determinations of UPS spare capacity. Design to back-up UPS with building generator.
• North Terminal Pre Conditioned Air Capacity Study. Miami International Airport, Florida. (50 gates, $20m)
• Burdines Miami Beach Store. 40-year electrical re-certification.
• Riverview, Orange Bowl, Overtown, & Lawrence Storm Sewer Stations. City of Miami, Florida. Upgrade installations to meet safety and emergency back-up requirements.
• Building 3095 Safety to Life Study. Miami International Airport.
• Building 22 Campus Computer Center. Florida Atlantic University. Electrical survey,  harmonic studies and electrical upgrade.
• Allied Signal, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Failure analysis laboratory.
• Disaster Recovery – Cayman National Trust, and Caribbean National Bank. Grand Cayman, BWI.
• Jolly Beach Resort. St. John’s, Antigua, BWI.  Due-diligence report for Phase I and Phase II of mechanical/electrical/plumbing and fire protection systems assessment after hurricane damage.
• Miami International Airport Terminal Building. Re-roofing Value Analysis.
• Hialeah Engine House, Hialeah, Florida.  Fire Protection and Electrical System investigations to meet  current codes.  The facility was built in 1952.
• 848 Brickell Office Building, Miami, Florida.  Code compliance report and recommendations necessary for upgrade to current code this 13-story office building with parking garage.  Investigation of smoke removal system, fire alarm and emergency voice notification system, upgrade to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and code compliance report and remedies associated.
• Plan Review and Inspection Projects in: Miami-Dade County, City of Vero Beach, City of Medley, City of Coral Gables, City of Ft. Pierce, City of Miami Beach, City of Key West.
• Utility Tunnel, Florida Atlantic University. Electrical life safety investigation. High voltage cable maintenance reports; chilled water and hot water piping inspection; hot water pipe expansion joints and support replacements.
• Dade County Public Schools.   Damage survey, cost estimates, insurance claims coordination of various schools throughout South-Dade County.
